Estonian Customs and Transfer of Residence
Personal belongings imported when you move your normal residence to Estonia may qualify for relief from customs duty and VAT under EU transfer of residence rules, administered by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. You generally need to show residence outside the EU for a qualifying period and prior ownership and use of the goods. Documents to have ready: passport copy, Estonian residence permit or visa, personal identification code where issued, detailed inventory list, proof of your Estonian address, and evidence of your UAE residence.
